First time in Nagasaki! But I drank Hizenhama in Saga.
Since we are from the same old country, I thought I might have a chance to drink Nagasaki sake in Saga, but I hit the jackpot. The Nagasaki brewery has taken over the sake brewed at the brewery originally located in Hizenhama and is now brewing it.
It has a gentle flavor typical of junmai sake. It has a gentle Junmai sake-like flavor and a fruity taste.
