I found Nara's sake on the menu at a soba noodle restaurant. I took the opportunity to ask for a glass of sake to be warmed up 🤗.

Now, here is my first look at this one. It is soft and light on the palate. It is light, slightly dry, or medium dry, with a modest impression. As you drink it, you can taste a hint of sweetness, but the taste is very refreshing. It is good to drink with a light, refreshing taste, and it is good to have the oil in the mouth lightly washed away during a meal.
