This is a drinking mirin brewed by a liquor store using glutinous rice produced in Nagai, rice suitable for sake brewing, and shochu (distilled spirits) made by the company.
I bought it out of curiosity, but I couldn't drink it... This sake fits my taste, but when it comes to Hon Mirin, I have to be brave... In comics and such, it was not in the category of Hon Correct or... sake.
