Doburoku made in-house. It was served cold.
It has a moderate rice texture and is similar to Korean rice makgeolli. Delicious!
I thought it was similar to a doburoku I drank some time ago at a minshuku in Iwate Prefecture, and was told that they sought guidance from that very minshuku in Tono.
I see. So, there is Tono's doburoku on the menu.
With 4 kinds of appetizers.
