This is a brand of Hirano Brewery located in Yamato-cho, Gujo City.
The brewing water, yeast, and sake rice are all produced in Gujo Yamato.
Purchased at a roadside station in Gujo Yamato.
The aroma is a banana-type ginjo aroma mixed with sourness. Slightly orangey?
The mouthfeel is full of umami and weak acidity, with a hint of sweetness. The strong rice taste remains until the end.
Thankful to have found a good sake.
