I haven't had any Sake for a while due to a business trip 😭
What was waiting for me on my return, exhausted from sake loss, was a "Kitaichi Junmai Daiginjo" souvenir from Hokkaido where my parents went on a trip during their business trip 🍶.
I was so thankful! (I wish I could have gone to Hokkaido normally, though!)

The aroma reminds me of a dry sake with a hint of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is also dry! 💥.
The throat is quite straight, with a strong sake-like sensation! It's clean and refreshing 😆.
However, after a while, the umami comes in later and the taste becomes a little fruity!
