Pukupuku Botanical Doburoku✨✨✨✨
This is a collaboration sake between Okini's Pukupuku and Tsuketero. The reviews of this sake make it taste like a sweet calpis soda, so I was sure it wouldn't be a bad match 🙌!
When I opened the bottle, it was quiet so I could enjoy the top clearness 😄.
It's clear, but the sweet and sour yogurt lactic acid, hops, herbs, and citrus are all in a shuwa shuwa soda 🥤 It's very good 😆 After a bit, the gas gradually starts circulating in the bottle and it becomes cloudy doburoku.
When doburoku is poured into the sake cup, it has a cloud-like foam like ☁️, like beer foam or meringue. The taste is no different from that of clear sake, but the gas is very viscous and you can't get enough of it.
It's like a doburoku version of the Hizirizm active sake mother sake that I just wanted to buy 😋😋😋 and it went well with meat (sukiyaki) 😋😋😋. ポンちゃんGood morning, Kirataso 🐥.
