As a citizen of the prefecture, I must drink!
So, here it is, the Male-Female River by Inaba Shuzo!
It comes in a box and looks very classy...I'm going to drink it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass!
The aroma is quite subdued...almost none at all!
The taste is...oh, this...it's water...the sweetness comes lightly and finishes with bitterness, but all the assertions are quite restrained!
When the temperature is raised, it has a sake-like taste, but when it's cooled down, it's just like water...amazing...!
Sutera is good, but this is good too!
