According to the store owner, it's "super spicy" and they use hard water, which is rare in Hiroshima Prefecture!
Not much of an aroma when poured into the glass, but just before swallowing, you can smell the scent of pears 🍐.
The crisp and robust flavor of the rice is probably the reason why I hardly notice any bitterness 😊.
Not so spicy!
