I wonder if it's a normal sake 🤔.
Here's the 4th cup of the Uosen drinking set.
It is rather heavy 😲 and slightly matured. But not too bad. Spicy acidity.
There was a picture of "Recommended by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota" at the entrance of the restaurant 😉.
