A local sake given to me by a friend!
It is 10% polished and has a brown rice feel, the opposite of a daiginjo. It has a unique character, which makes it interesting!
It made me think that the old sake might be on this side of spiciness, or perhaps a savory taste.
This is the first sake that I have felt like that in my limited experience. I realized that this is a good way to enjoy sake that is not famous when you discover it.
