Sake de-juice = refreshing and not mundane.
The aroma is so clear that it is not too clear. There is no vulgarity.
The mouthfeel is smooth, and the alcohol feeling hits your throat for a moment, but the aftertaste quickly recedes to a surprising degree. There is no aftertaste. There is no aftertaste. There is no mundanity.
It has no characteristics, but maybe the lack of characteristics is the opposite of characteristics.
It is neither crisp and dry nor sweet and fruity, so it is probably the first sake I have ever had.
