The price is a little high, about 2500 yen for 720ml, but I was curious and picked it up. The ratio is 29%.
It is very clear. No miscellaneous taste. Elegant sweetness. Umami and a slight bitterness. The taste is similar to Ottersai, but with a syrupy sweet aftertaste. I love sake with complex flavors, but I also love refined sake like this. A great experience and well worth the price.
