It is a lightly cloudy sake. The aroma is fresh and fruity, just like a pure sake. The aroma is neither spicy nor sweet, as indicated by the +/-0 rating of the Sake Meter, but neutral and has a great flavor. There is no chattering sensation on the tongue like the Ramune. If it's a Junmai, it's a great choice. You can drink it as much as you like, so be careful.
