Tonight, the second in a series of drinking comparisons 🍶. Pukupuku Brewing's Hop Doburoku The First from Odaka ✨✨✨✨ This is the first of two hoppy doburoku from Pukupuku Brewery, the first brewery to own their own brewery 💁✨✨. When you pour the top clear liquid into the sake cup, it is cloudy and gassy just like the Limited~. But the standing aroma has the sweetness and acidity of lactic fermentation of rice like yogurt. The mouthfeel is gassy, hoppy, lactic citrus, silky sourness and sweetness, but the second half is catchy like a Calpis soda, but never sweet, so it's a definite repeat 😋😋😋😋😋. If you stir it well, you can enjoy the texture of mashed rice and feel the lactic acid and citrus dryness of hops more directly, which makes it fun to drink. ☺️ It's hard to choose between the two 😅
