100% Takananishiki, Polishing ratio 45%.
I bought it on Sunday at a PR event in the depa basement.
I think it was 2,200 yen including tax for a 4-gallon bottle.
It's not very fruit-like, but the aroma is very good and it's refreshing to drink.
You can't feel the ginjo aroma so much, but you can feel the flavor of the rice, and if you drink it like a wine tasting, the spiciness goes away from the nose, and it becomes crispy and leaves a hollow bitterness at the end.
The bitterness is what makes this unfiltered sake so special. It is a man's sake.
Simply put, it's delicious! ^o^
It's well balanced!
I'll drink it hot tomorrow. I will edit this page if I discover more.
