This is a bottle from Bungo Meikozo, a brewery in Saiki City, Oita, that makes amazake and other alcoholic beverages. It seems to be a sake made with local rice and water.
The aroma is a bit melon, and the taste is clean and not so strong in umami and fruity. It may go better with fresh cheese than sake by itself.
It is a refreshing sake, and the taste is quite good. I don't know what kind of flower the floral yeast is, but it is a delicious sake.
