There was no brewery or sake name registered at Sake-no-Wa 😭
The fifth local Chiba brewery, Iida Honke in Katori City, gave us their Ohime Junmai Sake 🤗.
I bought it in May at the brewery and kept it at room temperature to warm up during the cold rainy season, but the cold rainy season never came, so today I had it at room temperature 😋.
No smell, clear and colorless.
It was a little sour with a hint of umami rather than sourness 🤔.
I'll have it warmed up next time 😅

Today we had it warmed up 😚 First it was warmed up to lukewarm.
First it was warmed to lukewarm, the acidity was more pronounced with a slight sweetness, better than room temperature. ☺️
