Looks like barley tea ^_^
I met this sake at Tanimoto Sake Shop in Tottori the other day.
Unable to resist the urge to try it, I went to buy it and opened it immediately.
It certainly has a sake degree of ➖50 and an acidity of 18 ^_^.
Half a seasoning.... The degree is 9 degrees.
I heated it up today. It can also be served with soda.
