Today I opened a bottle of Kujukushima, a Nagasaki souvenir! This is the second time I've had it, as I had had it before I started Sake-no-Wawa, but my memory from a few years ago is a bit fuzzy, so I'll enjoy it with renewed spirit👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a honey-like aroma. I have the impression that the crispness of the brewed alcohol and the original sweet aroma of the sake are well combined 🧐. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with a tangy, pungent and sour taste. However, the taste itself is round and deep, so you can feel various aspects of the flavor, including the mouthfeel. The fragrance has a floral overtone, and when combined with the complex umami, it has a deep flavor, just as the name "Kujyuu" implies! Sasebo and Kujuukushima are both located on the western edge of the island, so opportunities to visit them are limited, but I hope to visit them again 😌.

Good morning, Hirupeko! In addition to the local gourmet food, which is mainly European and American cuisine, the local fish is absolutely delicious, and the sake is sure to go down a treat ✨! I especially recommend the mackerel sashimi!
