I had a chance to try haccoba's sake at an event and enjoyed it, but my local liquor store did not carry it, so I found it and bought it immediately!
It has a good balance of sourness and bitterness with a slight effervescence, and a complex aroma due to the inclusion of chili pepper, myoga, and sweet summer peel.
