Sake from Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Although the image of Nada is associated with Hyogo Prefecture as a sake production center, there are also many breweries in the Nishi-bari region centering on Himeji.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness and spiciness.
When you drink it with air, it is softly sweet and slowly spicy. The taste is pleasant, as if it were rising from beneath a spring.
The sweetness and spiciness are moderate, and there is no sharpness, turbidity, or heaviness. It has a refreshing taste.
I drank this sake about a month ago when I had a remote drinking party with my seniors and friends from my former workplace (the taste is based on my notes and memory).
With memories of younger days spent with seniors and classmates.
