ささかま3
It is a local sake, but this is the first time I have seen it. I purchased it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture.
Asao Hara was a poet born in Miyatoko, Yamato Town, Miyagi Prefecture in 1888.
When the bottle was opened, it was separated into two layers. When mixed, it turned a beautiful peach color. There was not much aroma, but it was sour and tasted of strawberries. I thought it was a peach-colored Dobrok. It was delicious and I drank it all up.
