Sabi Goh, which was not even registered as a brand name.
It is a 5 year old unfiltered raw sake and I could already feel the depth and flavor overflowing 🤤.
The aroma is deep like prunes and the taste is thick and deep. And finally, a savory sweet aroma and lingering aftertaste like caramel and maple syrup 🤤.
If this is such a good sake, I'd like to drink it fresh 😌.
