It's an assemblage of three different sake rice (Dewa Sanzan, Kame-no-o, and Yuki-No-Mikami) in equal amounts in a pure large spec. ☺️
From the aroma, it has the aroma of La Jomon's No. 6 yeast, which is mild and has no aroma characteristics, but it has a fruity aroma of cherry 🍒 and a roasted aroma like coffee or cacao that I personally have never experienced before 😊 The taste also has a light impression with acidity at the attack, but the layered flavor gradually spreads out,
