A comparison of special junmai nama sake from Katsuya Sake Brewery in Fukuoka, Japan.
These three names are the surnames of sake rice farmers. It was a fun sake tasting, and I was surprised at how different sake tastes depending on the rice, even if they are made in the same way! It was a fun sake tasting. My favorite was Tsunabu, which had a sour taste.
