This is already my 3rd bottle of Shinshu Kamerei since the beginning of the year✨
I'm indulging myself 😆.
I remember the impression of Ginkame which I drank before was rich sweet flavor.
However, the Ginkame I drank this time was softer and sweeter.
Like the Ginkame we drank the other day, the balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity is too wonderful!
Finished with a good amount of gas and some bitterness 🥰.
On the second day, it became even more delicious with more sweetness and umami!
The third one is the niboshi ramen in homemade soup 🍜.
We made the soup with dried sardines that were purified by the priests of Suwa-taisha Shrine!
