Rihaku was well-known drinker. The color is slightly yellow or straw, sake is clear. I can smell bananas, honey and rice in the aroma. The aroma is not too fragrant. Medium body. The flavor is quite earthy, some umami right there and bitterness that remains for some time. I won't write any poems though.
