I came to Tottori Prefecture! We strolled around Hokuei-cho, where Conan Street of Conan, a favorite of children, is located, and enjoyed it to the fullest. I also had a chance to try a freshly brewed nigori sake from the Umezu Sake Brewery in Hokuei-cho, Furei (Flavor)! I wanted to stop by the Umetsu Sake Brewery, but it is closed on Sundays, No wonder.., Conan author Gosho Aoyama said that his favorite brand of sake was Umagaena from the Umetsu Shuzo Brewery, but I couldn't find it. I bought this sake at Fukada Sake Shop in front of Yonago Station. Thank goodness they are open until 8:00 on Sundays! They have a large selection of sake! It's a lot of fun to look around! We also bought many souvenirs at Takashimaya Food Studio Kakuban! Now, I'm going to try my first Furei. The aroma is cemedine, Sourness on the palate, fresh and crisp, and a strong bitterness, When the lees are firmly entwined, koji and slightly fruity aroma, creamy richness and umami are added, It has a strong, high-alcoholic taste with a lingering aftertaste.
