The smell of alcohol and lactic acid poking through the nose. It is spicy. When heated, the sweetness comes out. Refreshing in the mouth. It's good with soup stock. I like it a lot.
One of the three most mysterious sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture (in my opinion).
The brewery is located in the downtown area in front of Matsumoto Station. Currently, the brewery is not making sake, but the contents are made by Iwanami Sake Brewery.
The name Fukashi Tsuru is familiar as the parking lot in front of Matsumoto Parco, but few people know that it is a brand of sake.
It is not so much of a mystery from a civic point of view, as it appears at sake events in Matsumoto Taira.
