This sake is named after the "7" in honor of the day of the Seven Crown Horses. Polishing ratio 77%, Association 701 yeast used 100% En-no-Mai produced in Shimane Prefecture It was served snow-cold at first. It is light, with a citrus sweetness and acidity that quickly fades away. It was very tasty, From the Hanayakie to Ryo-Yakie temperatures, the rice became fluffy and mellow, and the taste was very satisfying. I enjoyed it with fish this time, but I would like to try it with tempura as well.
