Purchased at a liquor store in front of Yuzawa Station
Junmai-shu that has umami and sweetness like Jikin, but with a clean aftertaste that you never get tired of.
I like that it is unfiltered but not too fruity as it is fire-quenched.
Purchased on the recommendation of an old man at a liquor store in the station on a business trip to Yamagata.
I was told a lot of things, but I don't remember what they were (laughs).
Paired with Sakura chicken hot pot with chin broth
It was paired with a relatively gentle broth flavor, but this sake also had a very elegant and gentle taste, so it went well together.
It was not my favorite sake, but I thought it would be nice to have such a gentle taste depending on the combination with food.
I bought it at the recommendation of my usual liquor store at Yamagata station to drink on the Shinkansen on my way back from a business trip to Yamagata.
The aroma is fruity and the taste is smooth and creamy, just like the name "Silk"!
I was a little concerned about the sweetness that lingered in my mouth, but I thought it might be easier to drink this by itself if it was this sweet.
But by the time I finished 350ml, it was too sweet and I got bored...(x_x)
