When I visited the station, it was open, so I bought some. We tasted about 4 or 5 other brands of sake, which made us lightly intoxicated. I heard a little bit about a certain sake brewery, and I thought their attitude of not pandering to the latest taste was very graceful, but if they kept reducing the number of stones, they would eventually go out of business...or they were willing to do so.
It has been 4 months since I last tasted Koshi. It was a bit gassy, sweet, and tasty. I have known Kouji since I was in elementary school when I collected sake lids, but if it had tasted the same as it did back then, I might not have found it tasty. Thanks to the efforts of the sake brewers.

Hello, freelancer first generation man 😃.
I already knew the taste of Koshi 👅 when I was in elementary school 😳 that's not true 🙄 but progress is based on hard work.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby ^-^.
I didn't drink it as a quintessential drink. W I also miss the fact that I didn't know the difference between sake and shochu at that time. I know it must be a lot of work for the sake brewers, but I wish them the best.
