Another bottle of Kadoya's February hanpukai is Shimehari-zuru!
I was curious about this sake because I see it often, but I never bought it because I see it so often.
（I'm sorry, but I didn't buy it because I saw it so often! Sorry!)
This one is just as juicy, fresh and delicious as Wakanami!
This one seems to be a little more gassy than the Wakanami.
The brewing forest is like a grape, but this one is like a melon soda, maybe because of the image on the label. This one has the impression of a melon soda or something like that, with a full-bodied sweetness.
Instead of focusing on alcohol, I try to be frugal when I cook for myself.
My friends were worried that I was doing so 🥺.
