A new version of Koei Kiku's popular Snow Crescent: ❣️
This time, rice rice Sagahomare is used.
It is said that this rice was produced by a carpenter and farmer who worked on the repairs when the brewery was rebuilt😮.
Compared to the previous Sno Crescent, it is more refreshing and less impactful, but the gentle sweetness, bitterness, acidity and juiciness are typical of Koeikiku and delicious 😋.
Sagahomare is a delicious rice that can also be used as a sake 👍.
