At my suggestion, the mama always carries Hirotogawa, her favorite sake, so I asked her if she had any Junmai Nigori. So we decided to go there.

It has a wonderful gradation of sweetness and acidity from a tangy gasiness! The price has gone up recently, but it is still a great sake with high cost performance. It is amazing that the impression I had the first time I drank this sake comes back every year without any difference.
