On a weekday off, I went out to Akabane for lunch and a drink.
Sumita" is a famous udon restaurant.
It is a famous udon restaurant in Tokyo.
We arrived before the opening at 1100 and entered the restaurant at the first turn.
This restaurant is secretly quite high level in terms of izakaya.
The assortment of oden (aka "oden") is a really good accompaniment.
I wanted to choose a sake from Shikoku, so I chose Etsukaijin.
The name Etsukaijin is written on the lanterns in front of the eaves of the shop, and I always have a bottle of Etsukaijin when I come here.
It's great warmed up, but today I'm drinking it cold.
It is still a wonderful mass of flavor.
It is the first sake that comes to mind when I think of "good" sake.

I'm not sure what to make of this.
The rate of day drinking on weekday holidays is increasing😅.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Good evening, Mr. Hiratcho🌙
I'm sure you loved the Etsukajin too.
It's a standard Oseto, and I love it too because it can be used for just about anything. It is truly a "delicious" sake.
