According to the description
IL Y A 100 ANS means 100 years ago, and it is a sake brewed with No.1 yeast and 2-agar yeast that existed 100 years ago.
Also, after May 1, it could have a super maniacal aroma and taste 🤔.
Indeed, when I read back my impression when I received it in April this year, I have a different impression from that time!
However, the unique flavor, which reminds me of white wine and is not like sake, is still the same and delicious!
I can't describe it well, but that's the impression I got.
