Purely personal memorandum (2)
At restaurant #1, which I visited for the first time at the beginning of the year.
No notes, but just checking in because it was delicious 🙇.
Next is Ura-yanma.
YANMA by Niigata Daiichi Sake Brewery, which brews Koshino-Shiratori, is a sake brewed directly from the middle of the bottle.
Ura-yanma is a lighter, sweeter version of the originally dry Oni Yamama with a different sake design 🍶.
The power-word-laden sales pitch for the "extra" version, Junmai Nakamai Nakazakari Naojunshu, is attractive, but I also like the fact that "Yamama" is originally symmetrical, so it is hard to tell that the label has been reversed to the reverse side 😁.
I'll try to recall the taste 🍶.
The aroma was mild (all the sakes I had at this store at that time), and I could sense the umami of the rice.
The taste was smooth and smooth, with a hint of rice flavor.
Yamama is a sake I would like to try at home.
I would like to try a comparison of Yambo, Maabo, and Yamama 😊.

Aladdin, good evening 🦉.
I didn't know how to read it 😳‼️ it's yanbo or maabo 😆 are you related to Mr. Kuramoto Yanmar?

Good evening, Pon 😃.
I am not related to the brewer, but the origin of the name is a false true story that the president of the company named it after "Yanmar", not Kubota, when "Kubota" was popular 😁.

Hi Aladdin 😃
We had our first Yamama at home last year and it was very sweet, so next time we would like to try the Oni Yamama which is dry 🤗.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Urayanma was not so sweet, but if you are a fan of spicy and tasty foods these days, Oni Yamama certainly seems to be intoxicating 👹.
I'd like to try the thicker, sweeter Yamama this time 🍶☺️
