Okuda Sake Brewery, a small brewery known to those in the know.
Okuda Shuzo has been brewing with well water that has been in service since its establishment.
This is a classic nigori sake from such a brewery.
I've been interested in it for a while, but I couldn't get my hands on it😅.
It's 1000 yen for a 4-pack of sake. ❣️
The aroma is not fruity at all.
Aroma of rice with a firm acidity 😆.
The taste is also surprisingly sweet free lol.
Sourness and bitterness are the main taste of this man's sake 💪.
Dry sparkling nigori sake with a pleasant effervescence 🍶.

I've never seen this brand before, but it has a very austere label 😁 and yet it's active nigori, which is an interesting gap 🎵.

According to the old man at the liquor store, this is the best nigori in Akita.
