My personal favorite brand of Tochigi sake😊.
I bought the autumn sake because it's kind of cheap for the specs 👌
It has a nice aroma. Smells a bit like a paste 😃.
It has a light mouthfeel 👄.
It has a wasanbon type of sweetness with a refreshing lemon water-like acidity. Then comes a light citrusy bitterness that is refreshing 👄.
It is a light and refreshing sake like a summer sake. ‼️ is delicious 😊.
I heard that the concept is to cool it down and make a good autumn sake, and it is true 😆 Well, I thought it would be better to make it as a summer sake, but I won't say it out loud😇.
It goes well with the sweetness of steamed sweet potatoes 🍠.
The third picture is motsu-ni from Marusan Shokudo in Mito‼️The motsu-ni here is very good, so please drop by on your way to Oarai❤️
You can also take it home from the vending machine.
