I got a bottle of Yoshida Kura-u sake.
I was hesitant to choose "Gohyakumangoku", but I went for "Ishikawamon", which I like.
It goes smoothly in the mouth.
It is soft and tasteless.
The low alcohol content combined with a slight sparkle gives it a gentle impression.
It is not too sweet and goes well with food.
Yoshida Kurau is good after all. It is delicious.

You are right, it goes in really smoothly even though it is Yamahai! I think I'm almost done with the raw sake? I should have bought some Gohyakumangoku too 😭
