The bottle was opened by loosening the cork once, and when it started to bubble, we tightened it and loosened it gently a second time and it was fine. The bubbles were a bit larger than expected, but not too big. It was sweeter and fluffier than expected. Not fruity sweetness but Japanese sweetness 😃.
Everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking it so well that I took them out since it was still available on Wednesday 😄.

Oh! That's a snow cloud 🤗 when we drank it last year it seemed less sweet 😋 maybe it's because we were drinking it with sweet things 😅.
