It's been a while since I've opened a bottle of Koei Kiku today. I saw your post about the sunburst shipment. I'm totally a Koei Chrysanthemum mouthful 😁. #Keio Kiku #Keio Kiku Brewery Popping, every time, a nice sound! When poured into a glass, it has a fizzy and bubbly feeling. The aroma is fruity and citrusy 😊. When you put it in your mouth, it's like, what? A delay of one tempo. The acidity spreads after a pause. The mouthfeel is very gentle, smooth and light. Then, from the acidity, umami and sweetness. The bitter taste at the end makes it easy to drink. Be careful not to drink too much 😭. It's still the best 😁.
