Kamonishiki荷札酒 月白 純米大吟醸

The full moon [Flower Moon] has passed during Golden Week, and even if the moon does not appear tonight behind thick clouds, you can still enjoy a cup of "tsukimi-sake" (moon-viewing sake) 🍶 tonight.
Tonight, I opened a bottle of "Kamo Nishiki Shakufuda Sake Tsukihaku Junmai Daiginjo".
It has a slight apple aroma, a slightly thicker texture, and a cloudy sweetness, umami, and spiciness on the palate, with an image of a sharp, sweet aftertaste.
The sweetness is stronger as you get used to drinking it.
The sake was paired with a set of two tataki (chopped bonito) and a set of seasonal horse mackerel tataki.
Personally, I found the bonito tataki to be a better match as it washed away any lingering stench in the mouth 😆.
The fourth picture is the "hiruzaki tsuchimisou" that bloomed in the garden, this time I used it to overlay the [moon], my grandmother's favorite flower, and it bloomed again this year with full force 😊.

Hi Pon-chan!
I was looking for [moon flower] for the flower moon 😁I personally fell in love with the first bonito, the sweet and tasty part of "Kamo Nishiki" still has little fat, and in Kansai region, it seemed to go well with [Yokowa no sashimi] 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Noodle King 🌛.
The fishmonger where I get my entrée was on holiday, so I was in a hurry, but I managed to recover 😅.
Thank you very much for your comments, but I will try my best in the future 😆.
