Relatives' party, next up was a bottle of Koei Kiku
It is Ikubou, but it was pressed and bottled in the spring and stored in ice temperature until autumn.
The aroma is sweet like yellow peach.
The fresh fruitiness is followed by a mild acidity of lactic acid, and finally an astringent taste.
As the temperature loosens up, the juicy peach sweetness and lactic acidity balance each other out and the sweet and sourness is just right. ❤️
Koei Kiku is still delicious. It's an immutable theorem👍💕.
