Toyoga, purchased in June, has been opened.
It is slightly sweet and has a slight sourness. It's not juicy, but it's delicious with a long aftertaste 😋.
I'll have to look for more Toyoga.
Well, since my trip to Shinshu was postponed on Saturday afternoon, I went looking for Shinshu sake in the neighborhood.
I took a cue from Jay & Nobby and uploaded the third one.
I had a lot of doubts, but I decided to go with Kougetsu, Daishinshu, Ding, and Beaumichel ^ ^.
I was lucky enough to run into Tasake and Collage Year One by chance: ✌️

Hi @Mizuhashi!
The lineup will blow away your disappointment of the postponement 😁👍Enjoy it until the day of your trip: ❣️

Thank you very much, Pon 😊.
Just heard that the autumn sake from Daishinshu is scheduled to arrive today and decided to wait a while. However, the liquor store confirmed with the brewery that it would be delivered the next day 😭.
Might go back next week 😆.

Good evening, @Mizuhashi 😃
I'm sure you've been to Shinshu? The shop has a great selection of products and also a great selection of rice wine and Collage 😳.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to find it here 😅! I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🌞.
I noticed that you can find everything in the neighborhood except 😅.
I ended up going to three stores, but I'm done prepping for what's next and which one I'll go for here 😆.
