Late but supportive drink 📣Noto sake
It's been a long time since the earthquake, but I finally found the Noto sake I was interested in.
The aroma was of rich grain.
The taste is as expected, with umami at the forefront, with sweetness, acidity and bitterness, but the umami is overwhelmingly present!
The owner also said that Hokuriku sake is the best to pair with seafood!
I'm convinced: ❗️
But what I am matching it with is stewed pork 🤣.
