The aroma is faintly citrus and maybe some apple?
When you include it, it is faintly chili.
The first thing you notice is a simple sourness, and as you roll it over, you can feel the fullness of the flavor on the side of your tongue! Slightly rice, apple-like acidity, and finally, bitterness to finish.
The label on the back of the bottle says that the acidity tastes best when chilled, so it may be a little bitter when it is close to room temperature. It is not that bad.
However, I like it better chilled!
It was delicious with salads and vinegar-based meals. 🍽️

Is this a variant of Kamokin sake 🤔The label looks like it might be refreshing, but the richness and umami acidity makes it sound like it would be very drinkable. I would love to drink it if I have the chance 😋.
