Nigorinpic (7)
I skipped yesterday because I participated in another event, but today I'm back to the Nigorinpic again 😀.
However, I had a glass of Osaka's local sake nigori and usunigori yesterday as well, so the streak continues 🤣.
Today I opened a bottle of Tasake light nigori 😀.
The other two I opened earlier were the light nigori from Machida Shuzo and Urasato 😀.
Tasake was the driest of the three, but even though it was dry, it was delicious with a fruity taste that was very sharp 😳.
By the way, I learned in yesterday's sake navigator workshop that you shouldn't drink water in between sake tasting... I didn't know that 😅.
I put it into practice today and it really is easy to tell the difference 😇
Today's entrée was a cheese made from soybeans produced in Senshu, Osaka 🧀 that I specially asked to share with us because it was so good at an Osaka Izakaya yesterday!
It's a great accompaniment to sake. ❤️

Good evening, Yasube-san 🌔.
I like the light nigori of Tasake 👍.
I guess you can't drink water when you compare drinks, I'm learning ✍️
I'm sure the soy cheese is Sora's? I'm one of those who were shocked when I had it there 😆.

Hi Maru, good evening 😀
I heard it is easier to compare the taste without water in between... I thought it was better to reset with water 🤣.
I see that Maru-san also went to Osaka Sora 😇.
That soy cheese is a shock 😳
